1. Acceptance & Eligibility

Agreement

By creating an account on Drakkins, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to register. Users under 18 represent that they have parental consent to use the site.

One Account Per Person

To maintain a fair economy, each person is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without warning.

2. Virtual Economy & Assets

Ownership

Drakkins grants you a limited, revocable license to use site assets (dragons, items, currency). All virtual assets remain the property of Drakkins and have no real-world cash value.

Premium Currency

All purchases of premium currency (Diamonds) are final. Refunds are not provided for currency that has already been spent. In the event of a technical error — such as a double charge — please contact support within 48 hours of the transaction.

Off-Site Trading

Trading Drakkins assets for goods or services on other platforms is done entirely at your own risk. We will not mediate disputes for trades conducted outside our systems. Trading virtual assets for real-world money is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full copyright to any original artwork or writing you upload to Drakkins. By posting, you grant Drakkins a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the site and in related promotional materials.

4. Technical Conduct & Responsible Discovery

No Malicious Automation

Please refrain from using bots, scrapers, or automated tools that place undue load on our servers or provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.

Work With Us

If you discover a bug, vulnerability, or an unintended way to gain an advantage, we encourage you to report it to us privately rather than exploit it. We value collaboration and would rather work with you to improve Drakkins than have to issue a ban. Intentional exploitation of bugs is a violation of these terms.

5. Legalities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
